From Wednesday 4th May, Devonshire Square will be launching an exciting Pilates & Barre Fusion course!
The sessions are part of Devonshire Square’s Wellness & Fitness Program and will be taking place every Wednesday from 12 noon to 12.45pm in the bright, airy and newly refurbished suite located on the second floor of Building 9a.
The lessons will be run by Tara Riley, a Pilates, Barre and movement specialist that has a passion for helping people gain confidence, increase energy and reduce pain through movement.
Tara’s classes are powerful and dynamic, yet fun and achievable for all ages and abilities.
Attendees will experience results that they can see and feel physically and mentally.
Expect a good dose of energy and encouragement alongside uplifting playlists and lots of variations to keep you feeling challenged and engaged!
Tara has a genuine interest in how a workout makes you feel – a well-toned physic is simply a happy side effect. You will feel recharged with positive energy and you will (re)connect with yourself and your community, learn something new and fall in love with moving your body in a way that feels good!
